Checking Your Membership Details on the BGA Membership Database
If you wish to have your contact details listed on the forthcoming BGA Members CD, but you are having difficulty finding your details on the membership database, then follow the instructions below.
Go to www.ice.org.uk and login to MyICE. This will enable you to access your personal details held on the database. If you are a first time user then you will need to have your membership number to hand, to obtain a pin number for logging in.
Once in MyIce you need to go to "Change my contact details" to check the details we hold on you. These are the details used in the BGA CD listing of members, for members who have given written and signed approval. The approval form is available here as a Word or pdf file.
The BGA Membership Details are held within the ICE Membership Database and, while they are separately coded, there is no separate BGA database. This was not clear on the earlier instructions and we apologise for any confusion. To allow extra time for responses the date for returning the approval form has been extended to the end of September 2005.
